New: Guess the Song Game!

We just released a new feature that turns NextJam into a fun party game for the whole family! The Guess the Song game will bring everybody together to challenge their listening and music knowledge skills. Select the theme (or leave it open for an expert challenge), adjust the settings and invite your friends to join the session.

There are two game modes to choose from:

• Classic: perfect for a small group and also for playing solo, the classic game plays a snippet of each song and waits for users to type in their guesses from their phones. Correct song guesses are awarded 100 points, but you can also play safe and guess the artist for 50 points.
• Buzzer: a traditional Guess the Song game for larger groups, where your phone becomes a buzzer and the action happens IRL - buzz, say your guess out loud, and the maestro of the round will award points accordingly. Incorrect guess? No problem, the maestro can reopen the buzz so everybody has a chance to guess again.
